All content on MB PlastiPro — including but not limited to engineering calculation logic, material databases, algorithms, AI system prompts, interface design, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of the publisher identified above, or is used under licence.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution of any content from this platform, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Articles L335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

1.4 Disclaimer

MB PlastiPro provides engineering reference data and calculation tools for informational purposes only. Outputs do not constitute professional engineering certification. Users are solely responsible for validating results against applicable standards before use in production processes.

2.1 Service Description

MB PlastiPro is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing engineering reference tools for plastic injection moulding professionals. The platform offers:

• A material database with technical specifications for engineering plastics
• Calculation modules: mould pressure, cavity advisor, shrinkage, cycle time, cooling time, screw diameter, material advisor
• An AI-assisted troubleshooting module powered by the Anthropic Claude API
• A calculation history system for PRO subscribers

2.2 Account Creation

To access the platform, the user must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A full name
• A password of at least 6 characters

The user certifies that the information provided is accurate and up to date. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. MB PlastiPro must be notified immediately of any unauthorised use of an account.

Account creation is reserved for individuals aged 18 or over, or legal representatives of companies acting in a professional capacity.

2.3 User Responsibilities

By using MB PlastiPro, the user agrees to:

• Use the platform only for lawful, professional purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract the platform's calculation logic, material database, or AI system prompts
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform
• Not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of third parties

MB PlastiPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund obligation.

2.4 Service Availability

MB PlastiPro makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, MB PlastiPro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond its control.

The free tier is provided without any availability guarantee. PRO subscribers are entitled to reasonable service availability but not to any specific uptime service level unless separately agreed in writing.

2.5 Free and Paid Tiers

MB PlastiPro is available in two tiers:

• Free tier: limited to 2 uses per module per calendar month, no history, no AI troubleshooting
• PRO tier: unlimited calculations, AI troubleshooting, calculation history — subject to separate subscription terms (Section 3)

2.6 Limitation of Liability

MB PlastiPro is a reference and calculation aid. It does not replace professional engineering judgement, certification, or standards compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• MB PlastiPro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on platform outputs
• Calculation results, AI-generated troubleshooting advice, and material data are provided for informational purposes only
• The user assumes full responsibility for any production or engineering decisions made on the basis of platform outputs

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of MB PlastiPro that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that are more favourable to you.

2.8 Modifications

MB PlastiPro may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3.1 Subscription Plans

MB PlastiPro offers the following PRO subscription plans:

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force in the subscriber's country of residence at the time of purchase, in accordance with EU VAT rules on digital services (EU Directive 2006/112/EC, as amended).

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. (a payment service provider). MB PlastiPro does not store or process payment card data directly. By subscribing, the user agrees to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, available at stripe.com.

Payment is due at the time of subscription. For annual plans, the full annual amount (€180.00 incl. VAT) is charged at the start of each subscription period.

3.4 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, subscribers who are consumers (individuals acting for non-professional purposes) have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the subscriber must notify MB PlastiPro by email before the 14-day period expires. Contact: mertcan@metinbilgili.com

If the subscriber expressly requests that access to the service begins before the end of the 14-day period, and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. If the service has only been partially performed, the subscriber will owe a proportional amount for the service provided up to the time of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to subscriptions purchased by legal entities acting in a professional capacity (B2B).

3.5 Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as required by the statutory withdrawal right in Article 3.4 above.

Following cancellation, the account reverts to the free tier. Saved calculation history remains accessible for 30 days after the end of the PRO period, after which it may be deleted.

3.6 Refunds

Outside of the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, MB PlastiPro does not issue refunds for subscription fees already paid. Exceptions may be made at MB PlastiPro's sole discretion in cases of proven technical failure preventing access to the service for a continuous period of more than 72 hours.

3.7 Access Termination by MB PlastiPro

MB PlastiPro may terminate or suspend a PRO subscription in the following cases:

• Violation of the Terms of Service (Section 2.3)
• Non-payment or payment failure not resolved within 7 days of notification
• Fraudulent use of the platform

In the event of termination for violation, no refund will be issued. In the event of payment failure, the account will revert to the free tier until payment is resolved.

3.8 Discount Codes

MB PlastiPro may issue promotional discount codes to specific users. Discount codes are personal, non-transferable, and valid for a limited period as specified at the time of issuance. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), transfers are made subject to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR.

Note on AI processing: When a user submits engineering problem descriptions through the AI Troubleshoot feature, this text is transmitted to Anthropic's API. Users should not include personal data or confidential information in troubleshooting descriptions. MB PlastiPro acts as data processor on behalf of the user for this transmission.

5.1 What We Use and Why

MB PlastiPro does not use traditional tracking cookies. However, the platform uses browser localStorage (a form of local storage built into your browser) to provide core functionality. The following items are stored locally in your browser:

5.2 Google Fonts

MB PlastiPro loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When this resource is loaded, your browser's IP address is transmitted to Google's servers, which may be located outside the EEA. This constitutes a minor personal data transfer.

To eliminate this transfer entirely, MB PlastiPro may in a future version host fonts locally. Until then, by using the platform you acknowledge this transmission. If you wish to prevent it, you may use a browser extension that blocks external font loading.

5.3 Analytics

MB PlastiPro does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). If analytics are introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated and user consent will be obtained before any non-essential tracking begins.

5.4 Managing Storage

Strictly necessary localStorage items cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality (login, usage limits). Functional items (language preference, history) can be cleared at any time by:

• Clearing your browser's site data for this domain (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files / Site data)
• Using your browser's developer tools (Application → Local Storage → Clear)
• Requesting account deletion (see Contact page), which triggers deletion of all associated stored data

Storage items classified as "Strictly necessary" do not require consent as they are essential for the service to function as requested. Storage items classified as "Functional" are used to improve your experience and are covered by your acceptance of these terms at account creation.

No advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking storage is used.

• Your account will be deactivated within 5 business days and data deleted within 30 days, subject to retention obligations under Section 4.4 (billing records retained for 10 years as required by French law)
